Driving
From Downtown Seattle: Head north on I-5 N. Take exit 169, then turn right on NE 45th St. The UBC is on your left on 9th Ave NE.
From North Seattle: Head south on I-5 S. Take exit 169, then turn left on NE 45th St. The UBC is on your left on 9th Ave NE.
Public transit
The University Business Center is located three blocks from the new U District light rail station at Brooklyn Ave NE between NE 43rd St and NE 45th St.
We are on Seattle Metro Route 44 and one short block from Seattle Metro Route 64.

Parking
The business center offers one hour of free parking to visitors in the Diamond Parking garage and lot directly north of the building. Entry is off of 47th Street. Please contact the person you are seeing for the code to enter into the pay machine to qualify for the free parking.
